Golf Booking Terms & Conditions

Everyone Golf is the trading name of a group of companies: Sports and Leisure Management Limited (Company Number 02204085), SLM Community Leisure Charitable Trust (Registered Society Number: IP30005R), SLM Fitness & Health Limited (Company Number: 03813612) and SLM Food & Beverage Limited (Company Number: 03813614), all of which are registered at 2 Watling Drive, Sketchley Meadows, Hinckley, LE10 3EY. When we refer to “we” or “us” or “Everyone Golf” in these terms and conditions we are referring to one or more members of the Everyone Golf Group.


For all memberships, your contract is with Everyone Golf and we will apportion any payments you make (for example by direct debit, recurring card or as a one-off payment) between the relevant members of the Everyone Golf Group.  

Memberships are available to purchase as an annual or recurring card payment. An annual payment is the full year paid in advance.  A recurring card method of payment is paid immediately at point of joining and each subsequent month ongoing. 

For our Direct Debit members, we collect on the 1st of each calendar month or the nearest working day after this.  If a direct debit is returned by your bank unpaid, we have the right under BACS regulations to re-present a request for this payment at any point without notice but within one month of the original charge. 

For recurring cards, payment is taken at the point of joining and then each month on the same day thereafter. 

Annually paid Golf membership cannot be cancelled or transferred once purchased.  

A membership may only be used by the named person who holds the membership record. Should any other person be found to be using a membership held by another, the membership will be at risk of being blocked or further access to facilities denied. Usage will be monitored and if abused, the membership may be cancelled with no refund provided for any unused part of the membership. 

We reserve the right to terminate a membership at any time without notice.

Discounted, promotional or concession rates on membership are excluded from any further discount obtained through a third-party offering or other types of discounted offer. 

A variety of 5-day and 7-day Golf memberships are available.  

7-day memberships run from Monday to Sunday and 5-day from Monday to Friday (bank holidays may be subject to changes in access and charges across some golf centres). Memberships are single-site access only. 

A joining fee is applicable at the point of purchase and for any member who may cancel and then rejoin. 


If you haven’t booked a four-ball, you might be teamed up with other golfers for your round. 
Before hitting the course, all golfers are kindly asked to check in at the Pro shop or Reception. 
Please remember to wear appropriate attire and footwear both on the course and in the clubhouse. We want everyone to enjoy their game, so please make sure you’re dressed appropriately. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate play if attire isn’t suitable. 
Members who fail to attend a tee time booking may be subject to a dishonour charge up to the full price of a green fee. 

48 hours’ notice is required for any tee-time cancellation. 

Advance booking periods vary from course to course – please contact the centre directly for more information. 

To make booking fair and sustainable for all our members we ask that all members are considerate of others and do not book an unreasonable number of sessions which may have an impact on other members’ ability to use their membership. Should members book multiple daily sessions we reserve the right to cancel any bookings we deem to be excessive including any sessions that are simultaneous where it is clear the customer could not undertake both at the same time. 

If you are unable to attend bookings, you must cancel as soon as possible. If your booking was not included in your membership and paid for, you will be required to contact the centre to cancel, and bookings will be non-refundable. Alternative times may be offered at Everyone Golf’s discretion. 


A 14-day money back guarantee is offered to all new members who have not used Golf more than once during this period. All monies paid in respect of the membership will be refunded in full should you for any reason wish to terminate this agreement within 14 days of joining. We reserve the right to retain any joining fee. 


Should your personal details change, please notify us immediately. The details we hold for you will be used to communicate electronically or by letter with you. You can make changes in your Everyone Golf app, or you can notify us in centre or by visiting our website,  


Prices may be reviewed at any point during your membership, and we undertake to provide at least 3 working days’ notice of any price change either by email where this exists or by post. 


Where disruption is caused by adverse weather conditions, the below does not apply. 

Where we have to alter hours of business or change activity programmes, every attempt will be made to provide advance notice and to minimise disruption and inconvenience. Compensation in the form of use of alternative facilities, activity vouchers, or pro rata refunds may be offered where disruption is significant and set to continue for an extended period.  


We expect our members and visitors to behave in a considerate manner and will not accept any inappropriate behaviour towards other members or our colleagues. We reserve the right to refuse admission for anyone behaving in such a manner. 


You should not exercise beyond your own abilities.  If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition which might interfere with you exercising safely, before you use our facilities and any equipment, you should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice.  

Subject to the final paragraph of this section, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage you may suffer where the same is attributable to: 

(i) Your own fault 

(ii) A third party unconnected with our provision of services under this agreement; or 

(iii) Events which neither we nor our suppliers could have reasonably foreseen or forestalled even if we had taken all reasonable care. 

Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law. 


We recognise that many people’s circumstances change. In such an event, should you wish to cancel your direct debit membership we ask that you notify your centre in writing or visit our website, . Please ensure you also notify your bank. This needs to be done before the 20th of the month to be effective from the 1st of the following month.   

For recurring card payment method, we ask you contact your centre directly to cancel. 

We do not provide a refund for part months, or the last month up front as this is your notice period.  Direct Debit Golf memberships will have a two-month cancellation period. 

Where notification is not received by 20th of the month, we reserve the right to collect for the following month and notice of your cancellation will be deemed to have been given in the following month. Your membership will therefore continue for a further two months.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and your use of the site confirms your agreement to this jurisdiction. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. 

If any of these Terms of Use is determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the law of any state or country in which these Terms of Use are intended to be effective, then to the extent to which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from that clause and the remaining Terms of Use shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
