Set within mature woodland sits a challenging 18-hole championship course, a 9-hole par 3 course, perfect for the whole family, two practice putting greens and 30-bay floodlit Trackman driving range, suitable for all golfers, from absolute beginners to the aspiring professional. If you need some help maybe book one of our PGA professionals for some private golf lesson or join as part of a group.
Our well stocked golf shop has something for everyone, including latest golf apparel, select range of golf equipment and consumables catering for all ages and abilities.

The fully licensed clubhouse is open to the public, it’s a great place to relax, to eat, drink and socialise.

Downshire also boasts a function room catering for all types of occasion and a meeting room for those wanting to get away from the office.

This mature 18-hole championship course, built on ground once hunted by King Henry VIII, has water that comes into play on many of the holes and will test golfers of all abilities. Downshire is the perfect place to bring a society, work on your game, meet people or just enjoy the game of golf.
